8:00 am – 3:00 pm: Field and arena setup
3:00 pm: Sun Dome open to arriving teams for pit setup
3:30 pm – 4:30 pm: First tour of the College of Engineering labs
4:30 pm – 5:30 pm: Second tour of the College of Engineering labs
6:00 pm – 8:00 pm: Informal open FRC practices and field tests
8:00 pm – 10:30 pm: Formal FRC practice matches
10:30 pm: Team games and entertainment
Saturday
7:00 am: Sleeping area clean up. Breakfast.
8:00 am – 8:15 am: Opening Ceremonies
8:15 am – 12:30 pm: FRC seeding matches
9:00 am – 4:00 pm: Sponsorship Showcase open
9:30 am – 3:00 pm: FTC, VEX, FLL activities
12:30 pm – 1:30 pm: Lunch
1:30 pm – 4:00 pm: FRC elimintaion matches
4:00 pm – 4:30 pm: Awards Ceremony

Parking lot 22F will be available on the south side of the Sun Dome for participants and visitors. Parking outside these lots will require a USF day-pass which can be purchased for $5 at each lot. Unloading of the robots and equipment will be done through the Sun Dome loading dock located beneath Entry 2 on the northeast corner of the building. Participants and visitors will enter through the Sun Dome main gate at Entry 3 on the Southeast corner of the building. Each team will be assigned a 10’x10’ pit area with a table and power drops. |
From Gainesville:
Take I-75 S towards Tampa
Take exit 265 west to merge onto E Fowler Ave/SR-582 W
Drive approximately 3 miles to Bull Run Rd, turn right
From Orlando:
Take I-4 W toward Tampa
Take exit 9 north onto I-75
Take exit 265 west to merge onto E Fowler Ave/SR-582 W
Drive approximately 3 miles to Bull Run Rd, turn right
From Ft Lauderdale:
Take I-595 W toward Florida's Turnpike/I-75
Take the exit onto I-75 N toward Naples
Take exit 265 west to merge onto E Fowler Ave/SR-582 W
